Brandcom app is a web app used to verify your login so that associated service can manage your customer account, SOME pages, advertising. Our users’ trust is of paramount importance to us. Here we will explain how and why we collect and use information about our users and how we take into account the privacy.
1. What is personal information and who is responsible for them?
Personal information is information and assessments that can be linked to a physical individual. This can be, for example, name, phone number, email address or IP address.

The healthcare practitioner must ensure that personal information is processed according to the applicable rules. The treatment manager is Brandcom_inc AS (NO917552266) who is the owner of the Brandcom app.
2. What kind of information do we collect?
We collect information you provide or provide access to and necessary information about using our services.

We record information about the device and the connection to our services, such as operating system, device manufacturer, browser version, IP addresses, network ID, cookies, and unique identifier files.
We store information about your user account and your customer relationship. These are information we store to manage your customer relationship. If you have previously been a customer with us, we will keep customer history about you for a period of time so that we can provide you with good customer service in the future and provide you with relevant offers and benefits based on your previous customer relationship.

If you have a user account with us, we may receive information about you from other sources such as our partners, customers and suppliers.
3. What do we use the information for?

We process personal information and other forms of data to provide services as agreed with you. We also use data to optimize content and services.

If imposed by law or there is a suspicion that there have been violations in connection with the use of our services, the information we have stored about you may be disclosed to public authorities.
5. How can you manage, correct or delete the information we have about you?
It is important that the information we have about you is correct and up to date. If you notice an error, we encourage you to contact us so that the information can be corrected. You can also contact us if you want information to be deleted.
We will not store personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the treatment and the statutory duties we have.
6. Implementation of changes
